It’s that time again!

 

We're asking each team to send in one player nomination, a player who really shows what MYFC is about...

Deadline: Tuesday, 8th April, 2025

The award is in its eleventh year and reflects how football ought to be played in the best spirit - in line with our Club values.

 

This may include skill and ability, but usually focuses on wider outcomes, e.g. a player supporting their team from the sidelines week in and week out with an injury; or the player who is always the first to lift team morale when they are losing; perhaps a constant willingness to learn, improve, and assist those around them in doing the same.

 

We need:

 

100-200 words on why you are nominating (so the descriptions are of comparable size).

What happens next? 

 

All nominations will go to a Club vote and a public vote. The winners will be announced at our end-of-season event in our Elcot Lane clubhouse on 10 May.
